DESCRIPTION

A duplex penthouse with capacity for up 8 guests, with three bedrooms. One has a double bed, the second has a single bed and a third comprises a bedroom-living room on the upper floor. The flat is very spacious, with 100 square meters plus a 30 square meters terrace.

It is situated in a modern building with a 24-hours security system and 2 elevators.

On the main floor you will find the living room, from which the upper floor can be reached by means of a spiral staircase. On this floor there are also two bedrooms (One equipped with a desk and chair in case you need to work during your stay), the kitchen and a bathroom.

The kitchen is fully equipped with high-end domestic appliances. The bar and its four modern stools allow a casual breakfast or lunch while you can optionally watch your favorite show on a smart TV. If you prefer something more formal, the coffe table may be raised and extended for up to 8 people but does not take up space when it is not in use. The living room has a comfortable high-end sofa bed.

The upper floor is designed to ensure maximum independence in a multifunction room, overlooking the terrace. It has a bathroom, living room-bedroom and terrace. It has a single fold-out bed, and a high-end double sofa bed (how to open it).

The multifunction nature of the penthouse´s spaces and furniture seeks, together with its minimalist decoration, to hide the belongings (folding beds, fitted wardrobes,…), leaving the maximum space available for guests´ enjoyment.

Garden and all amenities close by (24h supermarket, shopping malls, restaurants, sports areas,..).
